How long does it take to become a partner? Depending on how many locations you have, it is possible to become a PartyFud partner and start accepting orders in just a few days! We aim to help our food partners get up and running as quickly as possible. Once we review your application, we will get back to you within a few business days to guide you through the next steps. How do I submit my menu? Once your application is reviewed and we’ve received a signed Partnership Agreement, we will send you a menu template. Simply fill in the dishes, prices, and dietary information. We will upload the menu for you and provide instructions on how you can edit items or ingredients yourself in the future. How do menu prices work? You decide how to price your menus; however, your PartyFud menu prices cannot exceed your current in-restaurant prices. We have a price promise with our customers, guaranteeing they won’t find your food cheaper anywhere else.

What is the commission fee? You will pay a commission fee on each order a customer places with your business through PartyFud. We apply the commission fee to the subtotal of each order. You will be paid the order subtotal minus the commission fee every month (typically the 1st of each month). If I sign the Partnership Agreement, am I locked into PartyFud? No, you are not locked in. You can cancel your partnership with PartyFud at any time by contacting our vendor support team at info@partyfud.com.
